Douaouda, Tipaza, Algeria
The first phase of a 500-home social housing programme on the Douaouda coast, delivering 300 apartments across R+8 residential blocks with integrated ground-floor commercial premises. SARL Igloo Yapi undertook the complete all-trades package: structural works, internal finishes, building services coordination, facade works, and site-wide infrastructure.
Les Pastorales, Staoueli, Algiers
11 individual R+2 detached villas within the Les Pastorales residential development in Staoueli, delivered with integrated site roads, utility networks, and landscaped access routes as part of a 41-villa master plan. The residential parcel focuses on low-rise volumetric organisation, coordinated facade works, and site infrastructure to create a coherent domestic setting.
