Founded in 2018 and led by civil engineer Adem Talay, SARL Igloo Yapi Construction — also known as Igloo Construction, Igloo Bâtiment, and Igloo Groupe — operates from Bir Khadem, Algiers, specialising in residential and mixed-use developments across Algeria.
