Said Hamdine combines housing, commerce and parking into one compact urban operation, carefully fitted to a steeply sloping site.
The project brings together five residential blocks, 202 free promotional homes, three commercial entre-sols with mezzanine and one basement parking level on a steeply sloping Algerian site.
Igloo coordinated the full TCE delivery with particular attention to facade expression, balconies, glazed surfaces, parking access and the sequencing of mixed-use volumes.
A mixed urban complex held together by structure, access, housing and the discipline of delivery.

A dense city block where homes, shops and parking operate as one system.
The project demonstrates how mixed-use delivery depends on coordination: residential circulation, commercial frontage, parking levels, structure and exterior works all need to land together for the complex to feel legible and usable.
