Sidi Benour is a vertical housing operation designed to answer demand for quality homes while improving access, networks and exterior organisation.
The project combines TCE and VRD delivery for a R+13 residential building, coordinating structure, facades, technical systems and exterior circulation.
Vertical lines, projecting balconies and controlled facade treatments give the building its identity, while utility networks and access works make the residence operational.
