Douaouda brings the completed 300-home phase of a 500-home assisted promotional housing programme into a coastal setting, pairing family housing with professional premises and organised exterior works.
Igloo delivered the operation in full TCE scope, from reinforced-concrete works through secondary trades, MEP coordination, exterior access and finishing.
The R+8 blocks combine F3 and F4 layouts with ground-level professional uses, creating a residential fabric that is practical, airy and connected to daily services.
