Bas Mazagran is a seaside, family-oriented residential ensemble now in the delivery phase, with R+5 and R+9 blocks, F3/F4 homes and commercial spaces that activate the ground level.
The project brings together 200 assisted homes and 38 free promotional homes across seven blocks, with four apartments per floor and commercial premises at street level.
Its delivery phase brings together the remaining secondary works, thermal facade treatment, technical networks, exterior roads, parking and pedestrian routes.
A seven-block residential programme where housing mix, ground-floor commerce and exterior infrastructure are built into one urban address.

A seaside family housing programme moving through delivery, strengthened by commerce, access and exterior infrastructure.
The seaside Mostaganem project balances assisted and free promotional units with shops, networks and exterior spaces. During delivery, Igloo connects the seven blocks to roads, utilities, parking and pedestrian movement so the ensemble can function as a complete residential district.
