Douira, Algiers
Full fit-out of two commercial centres within the 2,500-home Douira residential development, completed and handed over in 2025. Received as raw reinforced concrete frames, both structures were transformed into fully operational retail environments — with glazed curtain walls, architectural screens, and naturally lit retail floors.
Said Hamdine, Bir Mourad Rais, Algiers
A five-block mixed-use development in Said Hamdine, Algiers, delivering 202 market-rate apartments on a steeply sloping site, with three commercial mezzanine levels and one basement parking level. The most demanding engineering challenge was the site topography: the massing was stepped across the slope to create active street-level commercial frontage and secure underground parking.
